Diversity is the true treasure of our world.
Zend Red Tea is grown on the tea mountains in the far southwest of Yunnan/China in a varied and unspoilt nature. This manageable region is home to many different ethnic groups that have been cultivating tea for centuries. The groups of Dai, Hani, Lahu, Yi, Blang, Jino, Yao and Bai preserved to this day not only the traditional methods of growing and fermentation of the teas, but also their own language, writing culture and unique craftsmanship.
This reddish-golden tea is traditionally preferred by older people in China due to its earthy taste. With this packaging line, Zend Tea wants to inspire a younger audience for the enjoyment of red tea. The seven-part packaging series consists of uncomplicated elongated boxes with 7 x 8 grams sealed units each as content. The design of the packs varies contemporary interpretations of the embroidery of the minorities living there. In this way, Zend Tea renews and preserves the cultural heritage of tea farmers in this region. In addition, Zend Tea wants to set a colourful impulse for young tea lovers with this modern design.
